I guide individuals toward balance, strength, and presence through the mindful practices of Pilates and Sound Healing. My approach nurtures body awareness, releases tension, and creates space for deep connection—helping you move, breathe, and live with intention and ease.
My Story
Life in NYC’s music industry was vibrant but demanding, filled with long hours and constant pressure. Over time, anxiety and burnout took their toll. In 2018, a Sound Healing meditation opened a new door for me—it was a moment of profound calm, clarity, and awakening. I felt a spark: healing was possible, and it could be joyful and transformative.
As I explored this path, I discovered Pilates. Unlike the high-intensity workouts I had tried before, Pilates offered a way to reconnect with my body with precision, care, and curiosity. It taught me to build strength without strain, to move with awareness, and to listen to what my body truly needed. It became a vital part of my healing journey—a bridge between mind and body that grounded me, strengthened me, and helped me cultivate resilience.
Certified as a 600-hour Pilates Instructor and a Sound Healing Practitioner, I now guide others along this path—helping them release tension, restore clarity, and move with confidence and ease.
