Awareness
Cultivating awareness is the foundation for transformation. If you want to align with the version of yourself that feels more grounded, you can slow down and become present with your body. Becoming present helps you understand how your body feels when it moves, ultimately creating awareness for you to make conscious choices.
Realignment
Realignment is liberation. It’s about feeling safe enough in your mind and body to make a change for the better. This may mean physically aligning your body back to its natural position or realigning your mindset to a state of trust instead of limitation. When you realign, you feel empowered because you see yourself growing.
Embodiment
With the tools to cultivate awareness and realignment, you can now move into a state of embodiment. Embodiment is the final stage of integrating change where you activate these new habits in the present moment. It’s a purposeful practice that helps you alchemize energy into grounded, supportive choices.

MY STORY..
My journey began in the bustling music industry of NYC, where I juggled a demanding 9-5 lifestyle. I struggled with chronic anxiety and burnout, often exacerbated by trying to fit high-intensity workouts into my schedule. In 2018, seeking relief, I attended a Sound Healing meditation that changed my life. This transformative experience sparked a profound awakening, guiding me towards a mindful and integrated approach to living.
As I embraced this newfound awareness, I noticed a significant reduction in restlessness and an increase in patience. My curiosity led me to Pilates, where I found the fitness foundations I had dreamt of. Pilates helped me get out of my head and into my body, providing a sense of grounding and relief that was both soothing and empowering.
I received my 600-hour Comprehensive Instructor Certification from Core Pilates, one of NYC's most prestigious training programs. This rigorous education instilled in me the values of patience, precision, and physical sustainability. Since 2020, I have guided men and women through the Pilates Method, focusing on building inner and outer strength. In 2021, I began leading Sound Healing meditations, offering a nourishing path to feel restored.
With ERA, I aim to provide high-functioning individuals with holistic tools to navigate their wellness evolution with ease.
